KPS-K successfully executed comprehensive Electrical, HVAC, and Instrumentation (E&I) works for critical oil and gas infrastructure, delivering high-quality installation, testing, and commissioning services in compliance with international standards. The project involved modernization and upgrade of existing facilities, ensuring improved operational reliability, safety, and efficiency.

Electrical Works

Installation of LV/MV power distribution systems, switchgear, and distribution boards
Installation of earthing and grounding systems in accordance with IEC standards
Lighting systems including industrial, hazardous area, and emergency lighting
Integration of backup power systems including diesel generators and ATS systems

HVAC Works

Supply and installation of HVAC systems (AHU, FCU, chillers, ventilation units)
Fabrication and installation of ducting systems with insulation and supports
Installation of chilled water piping systems including valves and accessories
Testing including hydrostatic, pressure, and leak testing

Instrumentation Works

Installation of field instruments including:
Pressure, temperature, level, and flow transmitters
Fire & gas detection systems
Installation and configuration of PLC, DCS, and control panels
Cable termination and loop checking for instrumentation systems
Calibration and functional testing of instruments
Testing & Commissioning
Insulation resistance testing and continuity checks
Loop checks and functional testing
Integration testing of electrical and instrumentation systems
Preparation of as-built documentation, test reports, and handover dossiers
