Operating as a registered limited liability company under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, KPS-K has established itself as a trusted partner for world-class energy operators and contractors across the region.
For more than three decades, KPS-K has successfully delivered large-scale, multidisciplinary projects through its integrated capabilities in construction, mechanical works, pipeline installation & maintenance, instrumentation, HVAC, facility management, and industrial upgrades, serving both greenfield and brownfield environments.

How We Started KPS-K
1992
Company Registeration
KPS-K is established in Kazakhstan as a construction and industrial services company.
2008–2010
Entry into Major Oil & Gas Projects
KPS-K expands into Tengiz and begins long-term EPC scopes in civil, mechanical, and E&I works.
2010–2014
Major Tengiz Projects
KPS-K executes large-scale EPC scopes including camps, utilities, structural works, and mechanical installation.
2014–2020
Multidisciplinary Growth
Pipeline, structural fabrication, HVAC, communications, and brownfield modernization capabilities are added.
2019–2021
Modernization & Digital Works
KPS-K delivers brownfield rehabilitation, communications, CCTV, and facility upgrade projects.
